Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your haenomi subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your local project files remain on your device
  • Structural metadata remains available in read-only mode
  • No further charges will be made

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (100%)

  • Technical failure: The application fails to launch or is fundamentally unusable on your device
  • Billing error: You were charged incorrectly or charged after cancellation
  • Within 7 days: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, no questions asked

Partial Refund (Case-by-case)

  • Extended service outages affecting your ability to use cloud features
  • Significant feature removal without prior notice

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Change of mind after the 7-day window
  • Dissatisfaction with analysis results or scores
  • Failure to cancel before renewal date
  • Unused subscription time after voluntary cancellation (access continues until period ends)

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@haenomi.com with the subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund
  3. We will respond within 2 business days

Approved refunds are processed via LemonSqueezy and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.

4. Free Trial

The 14-day free trial does not require payment information. No refund is needed — if haenomi isn't right for you, simply don't subscribe when the trial ends. Your local project files remain accessible in read-only mode.
